Exhibition Review丨FAIRINO at 2023 Tokyo International Robot Exhibition

On November 29, 2023 Tokyo International Robot Exhibition was grandly held in Tokyo, Japan.

As a cobot popularizer that prioritizes supply chain innovation in China and has independent research and development capability, FAIRINO presented its full range of latest V6.0 version cobots and showcased five intelligent application scenarios, which captured many visitors' attention.

Brand new appearance   Steal the show

FAIRINO V6.0 FR series collaborative robots debuted at the 2023 Tokyo International Robot Exhibition. With more flexible, more efficient and safer performance, V6.0 FR series cobots garnered a swathe of fans. Many old friends who met FAIRINO at 2023 Munich Automatica also brought their new friends to FAIRINO's booth again, and everyone was very curious about what kind of new cobot applications we displayed this time.

Intelligent Welding Workstation

Intelligent cobot welding workstation, integrated with FR5 cobot , has a repeatability of ±0.02mm.  Equipped with a 3D camera and FAIRINO self-developed welding process package, the intelligent cobot welding workstation can automatically and accurately recognize weld seams and work efficiently without manual teaching. Not only can it be quickly adapted to the world's mainstream welding machine brands, but also can be flexibly combined with extended axes, positioners, force sensors and so on.  The cobot can reproduce a variety of welding processes such as straight welding, segmental welding, spot welding, arc welding, fillet welding, multi-layer multi-pass welding, etc., which makes the welding work safer and more efficient.

Turnkey Palletizing Workstation

FAIRINO turnkey cobot palletizing workstation, integrated with FR20 cobot, maximum payload of 20KG, can replace workers to achieve 24/7 automated palletizing.

The cobot workstation is equipped with a self-developed palletizing package, which can be set up in three steps, making it easy to get started. The openness of robot software meets the demand for modularized development and adapts to various irregular palletizing types.

BIN-PICKING Workstation

FAIRINO cobot BIN-PICKING workstation, which can be flexibly deployed according to the actual needs, realizes the efficient collaborative work between cobots and workers. Equipped with 3D camera and in-depth learning algorithm, objects of different shapes and sizes can be recognized quickly and accurately. Deviation in X-axis and Y-axis is within ±1mm, which can  enable the cobot complete more than 200 picking tasks per hour on average.

Screw Fastening Quick-change

FAIRINO latest self-developed intelligent cobot screw fastening quick-change equipment, torque accuracy error <±5%, can automatically identify the hole position. The equipment can be monitored in real time to avoid abnormal situations such as missed screwing, floating height, slipping, and so on. Make sure the cobot can fasten each screw to the right place quickly, accurately and consistently.

Smart New Retail  Constant Surprise

FAIRINO Ice -cream robot steals the show. The ice-creasm robot has self-service ordering function. With the advantage of efficient and transparent production process, visitors are not only able to taste delicious ice-cream, but also enjoy a unique "robot show".

At 2023 IREX, visitors from all walks of life fully recognised FAIRINO's commitment to popularising collaborative robots and creating cost-effective basic indutrial & commercial tools. It is a generally recognized consensus to expand the application boundaries of collaborative robots and to keep pursuing excellence in cobots.
